Dominic Antonini President and Founder |
Dominic received
his degree in Business Finance. He started his career in the Telecom Industry
at Allnet in 1996, later acquired by Frontier then Global Crossing, and earned
Presidents Club honors each year. He then moved on to a
position with ICG Local Services. Having experience in Long Distance he decided
to network and partner with top reps at Long Distance carriers to offer advice
on total solutions for customers. I would look at customers bills and
instantly think of multi carrier solutions that could save them money or better
service their applications. By building a reputation for knowing the
products of many carriers and building a strong network of reps that would in
turn introduce Local opportunities Dominic became ICGs top producing rep
for the State of California. His achievements include changing the North
American Numbering Plan to move the prefix 483 from area code 714 to 949 to be
used exclusively for Conexant Systems and delivered a build out of redundant
SONET rings allowing special access to carrier Points of Presence to their
campus. Working with customers large and small it became clear that knowledge
and access to the products of multiple providers are needed to pick the best
ones for each customer. This along with clients requests for a single
point of contact became the basis of what is now the Telcombrokers
Concept.
Since launching the Telcombrokers business model in 2000,
Dominic has assembled an amazing telecom portfolio by negotiating agreements
between Telcombrokers and over 35 carriers. Our agreements provide access to
the best products by making Telcombrokers authorized agents of carriers and
selected resellers with proven track records. Dominic has become one of the
nations top experts in wholesale buying and has helped to negotiate over 25
buy/sell agreements between phone companies. Through our agent channel he has
directly or indirectly provided recommendations and solutions to over 1,000
business clients. Telcombrokers currently has over $25,000,000 of Telecom Spend
under management. Dominic continues to work with our carriers to ensure
Telcombrokers clients receive the most up-to-date products at highly
competitive rates. He also works with various carriers, phone companies and
wholesale buyers across the country to help them lower their costs by adding
carrier routes which improve their Least Cost Routing tables and net
profit. |

Ernie Antonini CEO |
Ernie has a 30+ year track
record of sales management success in the Insurance and Financial Services
industry. Ernie has won many awards and honors including the Presidents
Trophy Award for ranking as the #1 producing Managing Director in the United
States for Prudential. He has built and managed offices, districts, regions
from the ground up. He is currently working with Lincoln Financial to help
build out their Western Region sales force. Ernie brings to Telcombrokers his
experience in building successful agent/broker programs within the financial
services industry which is very similar to building a Telecom Sales Agency.
Using his advice and systems proven in the insurance industry has helped
Telcombrokers build a successful Agency/Broker program in the Telecom

Nancy Ridge has served national and key accounts in the
telecommunications and utility industries for 20 years, acting in senior
management positions the majority of that time.
She was principal of a
successful demand side energy services company for 10 years. During her tenure,
the company revenues grew 1,000%. Nancy was a leader in the energy management
industry, serving on the Los Angeles Board for the Association of Professional
Energy Managers and signing multi-million dollar energy retrofit projects with
Prudential Realty, Beckman Instruments, Honeywell and Federated
Stores.
She moved into the telecommunications arena where as Vice
President of Communications for a leading cost containment consulting firm,
Nancy created their Communications division and built it to a profitable
business generating $2M in less than three years. Through Nancy's efforts, long
term strategic alliances were established with top tier vendors AT&T, MCI,
Sprint, Qwest, and SBC Communications as well clients she brought to the firm
including Hyundai Motors, Virgin Entertainment, K-Swiss, and many other Fortune
1000 companies. Nancy built a successful direct sales team and "back office"
staff to provide an additional layer of support to customers as well as systems
and procedures for tracking sales revenue and profit. Nancy laid the groundwork
for promoting the concept and service of Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
during its infancy in the industry.
In the early 2000's, Nancy was
recruited by telecommunications reseller, ATI, to create their distribution
channel and lead the sales effort. Under Nancy's guidance, ATI focused 100% of
its sales distribution through the independent agent channel and formed
relationships with the top Master Agents in the telecom industry. In 2004, ATI
was recognized by "Inc." Magazine as #41 on their list of Fastest Growing
Companies, #5 in the Telecom sector having achieved over 2000% growth. Nancy's
breadth of knowledge in the wholesale telecommunications market as well as her
dedication to customer service and agent support was a key factor in the
tremendous growth and success of ATI.
Nancy joined Telcombrokers in 2005
with a vision for creating a strong, interwoven network of successful agents,
engaged and committed vendor partners and high performing direct employees.
These forces join together to deliver cutting edge telecommunications solutions
and outstanding service to the customers of Telcombrokers and its agents.
Focusing on building authentic relationships while automating the processes has
created an environment for growth of over 300%. Nancy continues to strive for
excellence in the dynamic and highly competitive telecom sector, never losing
sight of her underlying philosophy to be of service and have fun!

Dan Taggart National Account
Manager

Dan holds a degree in Biochemistry and started his
career in Telecom with Dominic at
Frontier Communications in
1996. Dan has held sales positions at Frontier, MCI WorldCom, and AT&T, consistently earning Presidents Club
honors. He has provided Telecom solutions to key
accounts including American Airlines, America West Airlines, Pepsi,
Tyco, and Media One. Believing
in the Telcombrokers vision Dan left his position with AT&T and became
Telcombrokers first National Account Manager in 2000. Four years
later Dan received the Telcombrokers "Million Dollar Man" award for
building a personal customer base with revenues over $1,000,000. On the
wholesale side of the telecom business Dan has helped over 20 telecom companies
to lower their long distance costs using Telcombrokers vendors. Now in his 8th
year with Telcombrokers he manages a personal customer base with revenues in
excess of $4,000,000. As Sales Director Dan is working to help our direct sales
team to achieve higher levels of success by providing proven solutions to new
customers nationwide. |

Jessica
Hernandez-Wilson
Sales
Manager |
Jessica started her career while attending a highly
respected communications BA program at the Sacred Heart University of Puerto
Rico. In 1998, she was recruited by Fortune 500 computer hardware &
software reseller MicroAge to join their marketing team in their New York City
location. Her work ethic, creativity and bi-lingual skills generated such
positive response from clients that after 6 months, Jessica was promoted to
Marketing Manager. In 2000, Jessica relocated to Southern California and joined
the ICG sales team as an account executive. Her passion for sales soon resulted
in Jessica becoming a consistent performer and one of the top three sales reps
on the team. As Sales Manager at Telcombrokers, Jessica is committed to the
vision of growing the customer and agent base by building long term
relationships and providing the best advice, products, and rates available. Her
dedication to customer service combined with her high power selling ability
will be an asset for both the agents and the end users. |

 Roman Slivinsky Sales
Manager

Roman started his telecom career in 1994 working
for Network Plus, a regional provider of long distance services. While there he
earned his first President's Club win. He transitioned to selling local
services in 1997 as one of the first eight people hired by Winstar in the
Philadelphia market. By bringing in accounts such as The Philadelphia
Industrial Development Corporation, Philadelphia Convention & Visitors
Bureau and the American Friends Service Committee he quickly became the number
one sales person in the company in both sales and installs. In 1998 he was
promoted to Sales Manager and was responsible for the training of a brand new
team of 8 sales people. One of his proudest achievements was taking people
brand new to the industry and training them to the point where 6 have
successfully remained in the industry long term. He was recruited to PAETEC in
1999 as the first Sales Manager hired for the Philadelphia market, where he was
again awarded President's Club and was directly responsible for negotiating
multiple large hospitality contracts in the Philadelphia market. Since 2003
Roman has been a Major Account Rep and consistently ranked in the top 10% of
sales people company wide. His last tenure before joining Telcombrokers was
with Broadview Networks where he was ranked top ten in revenue companywide 4
times in 20 Months and was awarded yet another incentive trip in May of
2010.
Joining Telcombrokers represents the realization of a lifelong
dream for Roman. As Sales Manager responsible for the Eastern U.S., the large
Telcombrokers portfolio and reputation as an industry leader, allows him to be
a fully engaged, unbiased consultant when sourcing the products and carriers to
best fit his clients' needs and budget. In addition, Roman will apply his sales
management experience and channel savvy to add agents in the East.

Kimberly
Lynch
Controller |
Kimberly Lynch started her Telecom career in 1998
as an analyst in the Telecommunications division of the URM Group. As an
analyst for the cost containment she performed bill reviews, audited clients
phone bills and created savings proposals. While working at URM she
obtained knowledge of Long Distance, RBOC, and CLEC invoices, billing systems
and products. In 2003 Kimberly took a position with a long distance
reseller where she managed QA for billing, agent support, and commissions.
Kimberly has joined Telcombrokers to manage commissions, company accounting
functions, and our Salestream agent portal. Kimberlys dedication to
accuracy and service is an asset to the company and its
agents. |

 Sean Mooney

Sean Mooney started his
career in the US Navy and is Bi-Lingual in English and French. Since
the start of his Telecom career in 1998, Sean has had a
track record of
success with experience in both Telecom and Software Applications. Sean
started his Telecom career at ICG communications where he won Presidents Club
Honors. He was the #1 producing rep for the San Diego Region. He then
moved on to Applied Theory where he sold custom software applications and
managed eBusiness Solutions to Enterprise customers. Sean is now a
National Account Manager for Telcombrokers building our presence and strategic
partnerships in the San Diego region. |

Stanya Taylor

Stanya Taylor
attended California State University Long Beach, majoring in Business
Management. She has worked in various industries including the Medical field,
Real Estate and IT. For 13 years, Stanya held a position as the IT and
Operations Director of a multi location executive suite company that grew to 15
locations and as an IT consultant for other companies in her industry. In this
position is where she was first introduced to Telcombrokers. Prior to working
with Telcombrokers, she dealt directly with carrier representatives. "Trying to
work with the Direct Reps there was never any consistency with carrier contacts
or account management." In addition, she was never confident that she was
getting the best deal for her company. Telcombrokers changed all of that! In
her role as the IT Director, she evaluated and negotiated with multiple vendors
implementing 15 PBX systems which supported hundreds of people in each
location. Stanya was responsible for selecting carriers managing the
implementation of local voice, dedicated long distance and Internet T-1
services. "As the IT Director, Telcombrokers became a huge asset to me. They
were able to present several cost effective options for our business in a non
threatening sales kind of way and offered recommendations I could
trust."
Looking for new challenges, Stanya decided to join the
Telcombrokers team to help others who were in her position. Having been on both
sides of the table, Stanya clearly understands clients' needs. She is a firm
believer in the Telcombrokers model because "they demonstrated their knowledge
of countless products that I never knew existed that would benefit my company
and their commitment to customer service was second to none". Her commitment is
to work with other IT Directors and Business Owners to provide them with the
utmost in customer care, knowledge of products, and best pricing to be the
single source to help companies make informed and cost effective
decisions.
Stanya's outstanding organizational, administrative,
interpersonal and project management skills translate exceptionally well to the
telecommunications industry. This proactive, high energy and efficient

 Casey
June Major Account
Manager |
Casey holds a degree at Cal State Long Beach in Kinesiology. He
started his career at Enterprise Rent a Car, learning the importance of
Customer Service. After a few years he began his career in Telecommunications
at UUNet, which was later purchased by MCI/Verizon.
Casey June has been a telecommunications specialist for over 12
years. He began at Internet innovator and leader, UUNet and was on board when
it was purchased by MCI and later Verizon. Casey spent 10 years at Verizon,
holding positions in both the technical/account management side of the business
and later sales. Casey's ability to inspire confidence in customers and design
and deliver complex solutions landed him multiple Presidents Club awards. His
dedication won him large enterprise accounts such as Qualcomm, Toyota,
Invitrogen, and 24 Hour Fitness.
After leaving Verizon Business, Casey joined award winning CLEC
Paetec Communications where as Business Development Manager, he developed
strong relationships within the VAR community with multiple companies who are
broadly recognized leaders in the technology space. As a Major Account Manager
at Telcombrokers, Casey plans to continue to execute his vision of providing
cutting edge solutions and outstanding customer service with his customers and
partners. He looks forward to maintaining his existing relationships and
building new ones.

Daniel Miramontes Master

Dan earned his degree in Economics from the University of California
in Irvine where he was recruited on a baseball athletic scholarship. Dan is
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish. His hard working attitude combined with his
competitive athletic background led him to his success in sales with
Telcombrokers. His commitment to customer satisfaction has allowed him to build
long term relationships with the companies he assists. His knowledge and
experience with multiple telecom carriers and technology have allowed him the
opportunity to provide telecom solutions for companies like Brembo, BAE Systems
and Lyles Construction Group. His outstanding organizational and project
management skills combined with his customer care approach has driven him to
become a National Account Manager for Telcombrokers. Dan lives in Orange County
where he now focuses on helping companies with multiple locations increase
their efficiency through the use of new technology. |

Carl M.
Bjorck Master Agent |
Carl earned
his Bachelors Degree and MBA from the University of La Verne.
Multi-lingual in English, Swedish, French, and Italian his focus was
International Business and Language. Carl began his Telecom career in
1994 and has held various positions such as Strategic Accounts Manager, Sales
Manager, and General Manager for Allnet, Frontier Communications (acquired by
Global Crossing), MIDCOM, SAVVIS, Worldwide Wireless Networks, Intermedia and
MCI. He has constantly earned Presidents Club honors and has
achieved this status by selling voice and data solutions to both local and
national corporations. Carl joined Telcombrokers due to its unique
business model of offering a suite of services from multiple carriers.
Telcombrokers is best positioned to meet customers needs and goals
with Best-Of-Breed solutions. As National Account Manager for the
Los Angeles area Carl is focusing his efforts on national and key accounts with
HQ and/or Branch offices in Southern California. |
