Telcombrokers Acquires Fine Telecom:

Telcombrokers of Santa Ana has come to a definitive agreement to take over the agency base and a minority interest in Fine Telecommunications, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Telcombrokers President, Dominic Antonini, said “Fine Telecom has been a friendly competitor and force in the market place for many years and I am pleased that we can now work together on the same team.” Antonini further added, “That’s great motivation and incentive for Telcombrokers to do this deal. We will also tap into Randy’s great marketing techniques.”

Telcombrokers carrier agreements will expand the product portfolio of Fine Telecommunications. Telcombrokers unique automated back office system and buying power will also greatly improve the quoting abilities and carrier information provided to the newly acquired sub-agents. This will exponentially increase the sub-agent ability to be competitive in the marketplace and increase their income. Antonini also said, “Mr. Fine will now sit on the Telcombrokers Board of Directors adding to our talent pool and industry experience which will further expand our strategic advantage in the future.”
